Raymond Rufino

Raymond Rufino is co-president and a director of the Net Group, the largest owner, developer, and manager of office buildings in the Bonifacio Global City central business district in the Philippines. The Net Group is also the nation’s top green developer, with its entire portfolio either certified or undergoing certification under Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE), the national voluntary green building rating tool. Rufino oversees key business and support groups that include business development, construction and project management, leasing, asset management, property management, accounting and finance, investor relations, public relations, and marketing.

Prior to joining the Net Group, Rufino was involved in the development and management of real estate projects that included office buildings, residential condominiums, industrial warehouses, mixed-use developments, and cinemas.

He is a licensed real estate broker and part of Carstel Realty.  Rufino is chairman of the Philippine Green Building Council (PhilGBC), which he also helped incorporate in 2007, and is the incoming chairman of ULI Philippines.
